Studio Do's and Don'ts!
We've recently established studio policies to guide us moving forward.
IMPORTANT:
If you aren't able to attend class, log into your account and reschedule online at least one hour before class begins to avoid losing your session. If you reschedule your class online, we'll receive the notification, so no need to text us.
If you can't make it to class and cannot reschedule online, please text us at (971)-433-8727 no later than one hour before class begins. We'll credit your session manually.
Please note that if you notify us less than an hour before class that you wont make it, the class will not be redeemable. However, we appreciate your courtesy in letting us know.
No call, no show means forfeiting your class. It can not be redeemed.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, but are usually only provided if an error occurred on our part.
In the event that the studio must cancel classes for the day or reschedule specific classes, we will credit your account for the missed class and provide an additional complimentary class for the inconvenience.
Your studio classes are valid for six months, or eight months if you have 20+ classes in your account. You also have the option to freeze your account for up to 30 days once per year.
Studio Safety Rules:
We ask that you do not apply lotion or body oil before coming to pole class. The poles will become slick, making it harder to keep your grip, which could result in injury. Lotion and body oil are both hard to fully get off the poles and can be a danger for anyone using the pole after you.
To avoid accidents and damage, we kindly request that you do not run and jump to the poles. Excessive momentum could potentially knock the podiums over.
Keep all faster spinning near the lower half of the pole, not the top.
No death drops to your heels, as this can cause damage to our wooden podiums.
Before pole classes, please take off your rings to avoid scratching the poles.
As a pole dancing studio, we kindly request that you wear appropriate attire to class, keeping your private parts covered. Since we share a building with other wellness offices, we appreciate your consideration. Please refrain from wearing lingerie. For class attire guidelines and dance bag essentials, visit our FAQs page.
Please be aware that we have the discretion to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is deemed disruptive or makes others uncomfortable. Repeated incidents may lead to removal from class, impacting potential future enrollment for yourself.
Let's work together to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
